The service was launched in November 2022 with the key features:
- Based on a client's preferences (gender, location, language, price), our algorithm picks the lawyer from the preselected and verified list in 4 hours — no time spent on looking & checking;
- The product to pay for is the consulting work - a 1 hour conversation and a written report with invaluable advice and recommendations that follows. Also covered a minimum of two scenarios with specific outcomes for the case and legal consequences for each choice;
- The main value for a client is the ability to choose any course of action with certain outcomes without the forcing of a particular one from a lawyer;
- The algorithm learns and rates lawyers based on assessments made by clients.
Sherridge does not replace lawyers (solicitors, mediators, barristers). We build open protocols on how to communicate with legal professionals and turn a complicated service with an unpredictable outcome to an affordable and highly useful commodity
What’s next?
Sherridge is currently developing a tool to facilitate the quick sale of joint assets and ensure equitable payments to both parties involved. This solution well be especially well-suited for parties that don't communicate with each other.
Additionally, we are proud to offer a digital prenuptial agreement service that holds the same legal effect as a traditional, paper-based agreement.
As a result, Sherridge will provides a comprehensive ecosystem — a digital institution for marriage. We will offer couples tools to conveniently and efficiently formalize their relationship online, safeguard their assets, and quickly update them in the event of a change in partner or marital status.
